Hello Donald, yes both codes set at the same time, from what I understand is that the PO303 is the cylinder misfiring and PO316 tells you that it occured the first 1000 rpm. Fuel trims look good, not like it's starving for fuel. Compression is good, new wires ... Login to read more.
