Re: Late model fords with vacuum actuated locking hubs
Make sure the vacuum hoses down to the hubs aren't broken. I've seen the nipples on the tops of the hubs get snapped during a ball-joint job from a miss-guided hammer. It only takes one side leaking vacuum to kill both hubs. If the hoses and nipples aren't bro... Login to read more. ![]()
