88 Supreme Runs Poor

I have an 88 Olds Cutlass Supreme. Has had speed density conversion.

Stumbles and dies off idle.

TPS at idle is .32v and 0%. WOT is 2.12v and 52%

Map at idle is 32kpa and 1.0v. WOT is 62KPA and 2.74v.
