I think Chrysler sends a 5V bias reference on the O2 sensor line. If so that would explain you having a 5V reading unplugged. Take your hand/finger and touch the sensor wire, not heater or grounds, PCM side, and touch your other hand to the neg batt term. This... Login to read more.
