stupid question, but did you check the ECM fuses? i had a 4runner once that had a 5v ref. at the TPS, but had no bulb check when KOEO. turns out it had a shorted O2 heater, causing it to kill the ECM fuse and cause a no start. drove me nuts for a few minutes t... Login to read more.
