Just a thought. Vacuum at idle is low...engine not "breathing" well. If the exhaust valve seat is recessed in the head, wouldn't that have the impact of altering valve timing on that cylinder? Exhaust is still being controlled by the cam lobe, but opening soon... Login to read more.
