Rusty, I had a 2003 Expedition with a different problem ( no crank/no start) which I posted In this forum 02/06/2006. I had a voltage drop to the power wires to the PCM. Also had low voltage (7 volts) to the fuel pump and the PCM relay would buzz. Found out in... Login to read more.
