as berry stated the ratio a/d convertor in the speedo head is most likely your problem I have come acrossed this ,you can verify in two ways put vehicle in neutral hook up scanner and roll vehicle by pushing it if the mph on scanner goes to 130 and truck dies ... Login to read more.
