Well, another 50K mile Jag (XJ8)engine bites the dust.... Secondary timing chain on left bank broke when plastic tensioner departed its mount and jammed in between the chain and sprocket... Using borescope it doesn't appear to have mashed any valves. Will perf... Login to read more.
