Re: 1997 VW Jetta Speedo and Tach inop intermitantly
TSB was for 1999-2001 new Jetta concerning the wicking
problem.I see you found the TSB for the grounds under the
battery. You may need Ross Tech software or SnapOn Euro
diagnostics (Modis or MT2500)to access the cluster and
properly fix.
