Nick, If the hottest it gets at the upper hose is 176 w/ a 195 t-stat, then the t-stat is probably never opening. Is the truck overheating? Anyway, I don't think it's common on this truck but maybe you have a slipping or damaged water pump impeller. Just a few... Login to read more.
