Have a 95 TBird with a PO402 Excessive EGR flow. EGR flow at Idle, Replaced EGR, EVR Solonoid, DPFE, and vacuum hoses at EGR. There is vacuum to EVR but no vacuum getting to EGR at idle, yet it's throwing a code that would indicate the EGR was open at idle. Or... Login to read more.
