they gave you too many numbers, they were to give you a 4 number code. A 6 number code is needed to call GM to recive a 4 number code to enter the radio. You can pull the 6 number code from the radio 3 at a time. I believe press and hold #1 & #4 on the radio, ... Login to read more.
