Just a thought Jeff , feel the egr and see if it is getting hot , maybe you have a bad sloeniod or vacume hoses misrouted. If the egr is hot I would say your problem is in that area. Also be sure you have manifold vacume to map , with no leaks in the hose to i... Login to read more.
