Hey Scott,On certain sensor circuits the pcm elevates the ground level for that particular sensor ,so that any noise on the "real Ground" would not be mistaken for a voltage signal. Example: on the late model Volvo's the pcm raises the internal ground for the ... Login to read more. ![]()
