04 Altima 2.5 hard cold start

Got an 04 Altima with the complaint of intermittent cold start difficulty. Its been to a dealer and they indicated (via Driveability Diagnosis III-A11) that it needs a fuel pump. 38K miles puts it out of warranty and so its here :(
