Hi, the bulletin referances a loose cranckshaft balancer bolt, as the pulley isn't indexed to the crank it's free to slip, causing among other things a no charge condition. The bulletin number is 05-06-01-001C it involves 2005 Y car before a certain vin break.... Login to read more.
