Hi Brian-- I have 1999 Explorer in our fleet doing the samething. Code p0171 and code p0174.. O2's where changed 1500 miles ago.. Recheck upper intake gaskets.. Call my buddy at Ford and they stock the MAF sensor. Put one in today. Notice differance in voltage... Login to read more.
