from a distant viewpoint,I would say it is 'stacking' the IAC motor. You have 'tested' the IAC and can drive it closed, you have 'tested' the PCM and can control limited IAC function. You have 'tested' the harness and found it to be OK??? I really would be lea... Login to read more.
