Why are resistors used in injector circuits

Imports tend to use these (resistors in the inj. circuit)WHY?.Is this so the inj. don't hang up as the result of the magnetism created?Is this to replace peak and hold drivers?Could someone help me out here.. Thank You. Login to read more.
