I'm wondering if the .78V being really close to 14% of Ref (5V) is a clue to what's going on. I'd back-probe Ref, EGR position voltage, & EGR position pintle ground pins at the VCM and do some driving and key cycling to see if there's a clue there. Perhaps the... Login to read more.
