I didn't pull IAC counts, I figured IAC would mostly like help reviele a vacuum leak. I didn't feel I was looking for a vacuum leak. It turned out... I did not have a vacuum leak.

I see around 1 volt normally at idle from MAF, 1.1v is acceptable. Login to read more.
