Richard, this "noise" is in the 5v and the signal line as well. When the vehicle 1st came in with an idle concern, the very 1st thing I did was stick my Fluke dvom on min/max and went to TPS signal. The meter recorded a min of 300mv and a max of 1.2 volts inst... Login to read more.
