I have seen this - the one i saw ended up being a fuel pump. VERY HARD TO FIND AND PROVE!!!!!!!! this was a frame mounted pump and when it would get hot it would intermittently skip beats. Found it with lab scope. Watch the amps as it gets warm. The one I ran ... Login to read more.
