I've installed a set of reman axles in a 2002 1.8 Passat. It has the 16mm bolt in the outboard CV joint which attaches it to the hub. Alldata shows a torque of 190NM and additional 180* turn. It also states to renew the bolts. The local dealer doesn't... Login to read more.
