Looks to me like the EGR valve is switching on & off with the MAP & RPM change. I'd suspect the internal exhaust back-pressure (negative?) control is bad allowing the valve to go wide open as vacuum is applied. This platform simply turns on vacuum when EGR is ... Login to read more.
