Re: 1998 Chrysler town and country van high altitude brake fade.
Any trans that does not have a '2' position is hard to deal
with on down grades in the area of 45 MPH. With most, can
manually select '2' by shifting to '1' above 25 MPH and
unit will then go to '2' and then '1' on decel at say 25
MPH only.
