You have a bad [...]'s responding, but it's lazy. Only 5 cross counts per second is way too low. I suspect when you got your .7 volts, the ecm had flipped back to open loop(which would be on the rich side)and just decided to ignore O2 reading,knowing it wasn't... Login to read more.
