"Helping" a used car guy with what I believe is a 2001 Chrysler 300. He accidently smoked the PCM, and now he's got a used PCM in it, and it won't crank; PCM says VTDD is enabled, SKIM says VIN mismatch with PCM. Used PCM has VIN from old vehicle, DRB 3 doesn'... Login to read more.
