Check timing. 11-13 psi fuel pressure is normal...but the regulators do go bad... Disconnect EST connecter by right strut tower, base timing should be 6 deg. @ idle, check by an avg method either with coil wire or 1 & 4 cyl / 2... HTH Login to read more.
