2001 Tahoe 5.3L 1GNEK13T01R118324 77,000 miles

Has anyone run into a Tahoe or any similar vehicle that can't pass the rear O2 heater monitor?

Customer can't pass inspection due to MIL on. Codes that set are P0141 and P0161. The codes are heater performance... Login to read more.
