'98 Escort 2.0 repeated timing belt failure

Hi guys, thanks for looking. We have a 98 Escort/ZX2, 2.0 Zetec engine, auto.

The car keeps chewing up the timing belt. It is walking off the cams (away from the eng). We have replaced the tensioner and idler pulleys along with the belt-twice.
