Only because the breaker point cam travels at 1/2 speed in this [...] you decrease the dwell by 1 degree it only advances the breaker opening point by 1/2 degree at the dist shaft. one degree at the breaker point cam shaft is still 2 degrees at the crank regar... Login to read more.
