I had a 98 taurus that didn't start once for a customer. Checked fuel system and found this. Fuel Pump waveform looked good, rpm high at 7500, fuel press. 5 psi low when running, and volume was low. Put in new motorcraft fuel pump module. evrything is the same... Login to read more.
