Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the confussion comes in with the use of the terms "Mode $01 PID 1". He maybe saying that "Mode$01 PID 1" in the data stream will indicate if the PCM recognizes the MIL light on or off. So if they pulled the bulb ... Login to read more.
