We just fixed a 454 GM in a '84 P-30 chassis with similar fresh rebuilt etc and problem symptoms. Lots of good suggestions in previous posts by others also. Anyway, what I found was that 'other shop' had manifold vacuum hooked to advance chamber. Repositioned ... Login to read more.
