Jerry-rig two small wires from pump + & - to an LED near the driver. Use the rated resistor (probably 2500 ohm) in the line for LED ballast. If the lamp stays on when the car doesn't the pump is bad. If the lamp goes off, move the wires closer to battery + & -... Login to read more.
