Pin 2 in the DLC should be the bus wire. It is a single wire bus. With key off, battery disconnected, you should have somewhere between 350 - 1000 ohms resistance between pin 2 and ground. Sounds like you have an open or grounded bus wire. There should be a 16... Login to read more.
