Hi Danny: Just for fun, disconnect the alternator, preferably just before fan comes on. Can you command the fan on via scan tool? Or jump the temp sensor to ground, or bypass the relay. Have you the means to check amp draw of the fan? Does it easily turn by ha... Login to read more.
