Hi Brian: Dodge o2's have a 5 volt signal to the pcm and it drops as the heater warms the 02. If the heater is slow it will go into closed loop with the o2 voltage above 1 volt. The pcm then thinks its rich and leans fuel [...] else to look at. Login to read more.
