I am working on a 2000 Crown Victoria with a 4.6 it came in as a no-start, no fuel pump activity. I have .30volts to the fuel pump relay, it supplys many cicuits. I Pinned out pin 71 at the PCM and have the same or alittle more voltage, sometimes 1.80 or 1.30 ... Login to read more.
