Lemme guess. It's a Jasper?

I've seen Jasper 5.0 and 5.8 engines where upon distributor INSTALL, the rotor would lock up. The pump driveshaft wasn't all the way down in the pump. The result is a loose distributor HOUSING, but tight shaft.
