Ill also throw in a vote for BAD BLOCK to CHASSIS ground (or the fanous missing ground strap to chassis). If block ground has ANY resistance, cranks up charging voltae because the resistance registers as LOAD(well, alternator THINKS that bat voltage is low due... Login to read more.
