I have been checking with the local Police, it is NOT unlawful to pass on a double line etc or just about anthing goes as far as the rules of the road, just DO NOT go above the MAX speed limit. If 80 is the MAX what is the MINIMUM? I suspect this may be a lost... Login to read more.
