Where is the line drawn Matt?

Is boring a vehicle's original engine .010" over and shaving the head, decking the block for a rebuild now tampering? Or does that require an FTP? I'm pretty sure boring and stroking to intentionally turn a 5.0 into a 5.8L would... Login to read more.
