Hi Jeffrey sorry I didn't reply back sooner, very busy. From what I see here it looks like to me the Fuel Pump Actuator Solenoid is not being switched properly. This signal should be pulse width modulated to ground. Need more info. Can you scope the actuator p... Login to read more.
