Hello Albin , reread and yes when talking about 3.8 volts had the should of been icp voltage. The 9 volts was for cranking rpm. The stuck injectors making the ipr jump to 85% would make sense . I don't think we have had a 7.3 no start for couple years know, th... Login to read more.
