Hello, Have a 1994 Ford L9000, tandem axle 38000 rears w/ Cummins W/ 9 speed 1FTYW90V5RVA52149. Has a new sending unit in trans for speedo. Speedo only goes to about 35 mph. Speedo used to be slightly erratic @ higher speeds, then speedo needle started to drop... Login to read more.
