Thanks for the assistance. After reading up on the pump, I determined we had an NFPE control pump, and duty cycle should go up to 100%. I jumped battery voltage to the control solenoid, and pressure went up to 5000 psi, so I know the pump and hydraulic system ... Login to read more.
