Exhaust restriction downstream of the turbo?? You are not getting enough air or too much fuel. Too Much fuel unlikely.. more likely lack of air. Did you test CAC with 30psi air & soapy water?? sounds like you've got the path in covered... how about exhaust out... Login to read more.
